    This section if for general FAQ's for website and membership for Rider Friendly Support Network.

    Check your email. (spam folder too) You should have received an email with a confirmation link to click to finish your registration.

    From the dropdown under Profile, choose Edit Profile

     

     

     

     

    Located on the top of the information tab you will see

    "Your current profile type: Rider Friendly Member  Change

    Rider Friendly Member" 

    Click Change and change to Rider Friendly Support Network

     

    Go to your profile. On the far right of the profile menu you will see a logout button:

    This profile is for any motorcycle rider or motorcycle enthusiast. You will be issued a virtual Road Trip Rewards Membership card located on your profile page. Your membership number is the bottom of the card and may be required for certain members benefits and contests. As a registered Rider Friendly Member you have access to our Rider Friendly Support Team* database, a list of Volunteers who agree to provide assistance if you are riding in their region and need directions, have a breakdown, etc.. As a registered Rider Friendly Member you are eligible to use the Never Ride Alone Program @ 1-866-765-6718 provided by Intercon Messaging when traveling in North America. Rider Friendly Members are invited to join our Rider Friendly Support Network Facebook Group. Rider Friendly Members automatically receive The Rider Friendly Newsletter which contains the latest Rider Friendly News and Special Offers from Rider Friendly Business Members**. *The Rider Friendly Business Association® does not provide background checks or vetting for Rider Friendly Support Team volunteers and holds no liability as such. ** Silver/Gold Rider Friendly Business Members

    This profile is for members who volunteer to assist riders who may require assistance in their area. Assistance may include directions, help with finding a nearby repair shop, towing, or overnight accommodations when a break-down occurs. The support member is volunteer and is under no obligation to provide assistance but would like their contact information (nickname, email, phone) to be made available to Rider Friendly Members in case assistance is required in their region. Both Rider Members and Rider Friendly Support Members should use their best judgement in all cases. As a registered Rider Friendly Support Member you will automatically be issued a virtual Road Trip Rewards Membership card located on your profile page.     To review a business, locate their listing the Rider Friendly Directory. Click on the "Add Review" button located on the business cover image. (You must be logged in to review.)

    This section is for questions relating to Rider Friendly Business Member accounts.

    Bookmarks allow you to follow businesses - like making your own directory of businesses you want to deal with.

    Allows customers to send messages to the business

    You email  bdbetty@beltdrivebettymedia.com and ask to become part of the Fast Five

    Google Maps displays addresses in a particular format. If your address is not appearing in the dropdown, try playing with the format a bit. If Google Maps has a difficult time finding your address, you may have to fill in the address fields manually.  There is also a box you can check if you would like only your City and Province/State to display.  This is a good option for owners of home-based businesses who prefer privacy.
